Senator Patrick Burns Legacy Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to high school students living in low-income circumstances, who seek assistance with post-secondary training or education expenses. Note: The number of scholarships and award amounts vary each year.
The scholarship is open to high school students residing in Calgary who are 21 years of age or under. Students must be graduating by June and have plans to pursue post-secondary education in the fall (September). To apply, applicants must submit a completed application form along with a counsellor recommendation form.
How to Apply
To apply, please submit the following documents:
- Completed application form
- Letter outlining your post-secondary education plans
- Grade 10-12 transcripts
- Counsellor referral form (included with the scholarship application form)
- Financial documents
